Boiling using VOF

I am using VOF model, for modeling boiling in a horizontal tube, the flow is laminar, and the wall tempreture is 403 kelvin, water is saturated373 kelvin, but it doesnt work properly & doesnt show phase change,& volume fraction of phase 2nd is zero during the process.
I added a source term but it doesnt have good result, what can I do?

tanx alot

You should use UDF to definite the source term!
