With your original anisotropic conductivity tensor and the desired rotation matrix , the transformed tensor can be derived by taking:




Sorry I don't have a matrix manipulator to actually do the math for you. But that's the procedure.

The original matrix is already in diagonal form, that is you know the three eigenvalues.
