Anisotropic thermal conductivity

Hi all,
Can you answer to my question as shown in attachment

With your original anisotropic conductivity tensor T and the desired rotation matrix R, the transformed tensor T' can be derived by taking:

T'=RTR^{-1}

Sorry I don't have a matrix manipulator to actually do the math for you. But that's the procedure.

Thanks for reply i will check the procedure

The original matrix is already in diagonal form, that is you know the three eigenvalues.

Rotation matrix is a standard topic, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotation_matrix

procedure is working fine thanks
