importing from fluent to foam
Hi friends,
I created a geometry in fluent and a mesh file in .msh and ASCII format. Then tried to import into openfoam by using fluentMeshToFoam command. I got the following error chitti@LAPTOP-PE3G8S0K:~/OpenFOAM_files/sim3c$ fluentMeshToFoam chitti.msh /*---------------------------------------------------------------------------*\ | ========= | | | \\ / F ield | OpenFOAM: The Open Source CFD Toolbox | | \\ / O peration | Version: v2006 | | \\ / A nd | Website: www.openfoam.com | | \\/ M anipulation | | \*---------------------------------------------------------------------------*/ Build : _b45f8f6f58-20200629 OPENFOAM=2006 Arch : "LSB;label=32;scalar=64" Exec : fluentMeshToFoam chitti.msh Date : Dec 04 2020 Time : 10:15:59 Host : LAPTOP-PE3G8S0K PID : 426 I/O : uncollated Case : /home/chitti/OpenFOAM_files/sim3c nProcs : 1 trapFpe: Floating point exception trapping enabled (FOAM_SIGFPE). fileModificationChecking : Monitoring run-time modified files using timeStampMaster (fileModificationSkew 5, maxFileModificationPolls 20) allowSystemOperations : Allowing user-supplied system call operations // * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * // Create time --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: fluentMeshToFoam: file "chitti.msh" not found From int main(int, char**) in file fluentMeshToFoam.L at line 921. Is the file "chitti.msh" in the directory "/home/chitti/OpenFOAM_files/sim3c"?
