Default importing from fluent to foam

Hi friends,
I created a geometry in fluent and a mesh file in .msh and ASCII format. Then tried to import into openfoam by using fluentMeshToFoam command. I got the following error

Is the file "chitti.msh" in the directory "/home/chitti/OpenFOAM_files/sim3c"?

Yes ,it is chitti.msh in the directory
