How to calculate turbulent kinetic energy in LES in postProcess
 

Dear Foamers,

I need to calculate the (total) turbulent kinetic energy for my LES of channel flow. I found that there are simple ways to do that while running the sims, nicely described in the post

But unfortunately my simulations are completed and now I am realizing that I need to calculate this quantity, so I am wandering if I can do that as postProcess, any help would be very much appreciated, many thanks in advance.

Any help/suggestion please.
