StarCCM+ Tutorials

Hi
I need to use this software for my University Project. Need to simulate mixing of air and methane in a pressure vessel. Anyone knows any good tutorial I could do to get started. I know how to do the meshing. It's mainly the selecting models and solver properties which I struggle with.

Fortunately enough, but not easily found are the tutorials in the user manual. Assuming you have a local copy of it, you can find a copy of the manual though this file pathing:

C:\Program Files\CD-adapco\STAR-CCM+10.06.010\doc

Of course, our versions maybe different and our speicific install drive.

If you have access to the Steve Portal through CD-Adapco, you can find the same tutorials on there as well under "Documentation"

Good luck

Thanks for help. I had a look at the tutorial doc and I was hoping you could tell me what models I should select to show mixing of two gases. This way I can find the tutorials specific to my project.
