Hello everyone,

I have a question about how to highlighting a region of the y-axis or x-axis with a specific color in Tecplot like the figure below.

Tecplot 360/Focus doesn't have an "axis highlight" option built-in. But you could achieve the effect by using a Rectangle geometry.

From the Insert menu select Rectangle. This will change the mouse tool and you can draw a rectangular geometry in the region of interest. Double-click on the rectangle and you can change the following settings:

Draw Order: Before Data
Coordinate System: Grid

Then you can type in exact X,Y,Width,Height values to make sure it's in the correct spot.
