ERCOTAC:Mathematical Methods and Tools in UMQ
Course, ONERA, Chatillon, Paris, France, October 24, 2013 UMQ is a new paradigm in engineering as it aims at taking

as tip clearances of rotating compressor blades etc. Whether
working from conception into production or operating complex
systems/ processes, commercial success rests on careful
management and control of risk in the face of many
interacting uncertainties.
