Organizer: WALLTURB
Application Areas: Automotive, Aerospace, General CFD
Special Fields: Turbulence Modeling, Turbulence Theory, Turbulence - LES Methods, Visualization and Post-Processing, Measurement Techniques, Fluid Mechancis
Deadlines: September 30, 2008 (abstract), April 21, 2009 (registration)
Type of Event: Workshop, International

The aim of the workshop is to bring together world
specialists of near wall turbulence and to stimulate
exchanges between them around up-to-date theories,
experiments, simulations and numerical models. For that
purpose, the partners of the WALLTURB Consortium will
present the main results of their 4 years of joint research
and researchers from all over the world are invited to
participate. WALLTURB is a joint research project, funded by
