[ANSYS Meshing] errors of FE modeler

I have a problem of FE in workbench. I have finished the mesh in hypermesh, and compute it in ANSYS. The mesh has import to FE modeler, when I associate the mesh and gemotry, error is occurred as follows:

An unkown generation error occurred. please verify the properties of the current object and try again.

how to solve it? Wait for your help, thanks a lot!
