Default Using ".txt" format to generate 3d curve - pls help!

1) Im able to generate a nozzle geometry using -> Concept>3D curve> "noozzle.txt" uploaded below.

BUT,

2) I m not able to generate an intake geometry using -> Concept>3D curve >
"intakebnd.txt" also uploaded below

Pls tell me the reason why im unable to generate the 2nd geometry...
