[ANSYS Meshing] Need your advice: How to create 3D structured mesh for a ribbed channel

Hi everyone,

I am a student and new user for Ansys. Since I have been trying to create a 3D structured mesh for a ribbed channel using ANSYS Meshing for many days. Unfortunately, I can't make it. I would appreciate if cfd's experts here can give some suggestion.

Note: I have attached the pictures of the ribbed channel geometry and the unstructured grid (that I have done) for your information.

I have this geometry with 4 blocks inside a box. Do i need to do blocking for each part? also the fluent boundary conditions panel donot include the parts i created.
help me out please. i have attached the model.

I would suggest ICEM CFD, start by half of the model, and use symmetry to mirror your mesh
