Method Of Meshing

Hi,
I've been using fluent for some time now, and am attempting to simulate a rotating brake disc in airflow. I've managed fine up until now, I have been optimising my disc and have some complex geometries that ansys mesher cant seem to mesh without having some high skewness cells. I am thinking of using ICEM but am wary that it is a very steep learning curve and my geometry is complicated. The geometry itself cannot be filleted or altered to remove small material areas or small angles as Solidworks cant fillet the surfaces as they are. Is it feasible to create a mesh for this geometry, (including a rotating enclosure, with a bigger stationary air flow enclosure) using ICEM or are there other packages which are more automated but give options that ansys mesher. If so could you recommend any techniques to best mesh this geometry? As I'm new to ICEM I have very little knowledge on the way it works.
