i failed to mesh external flow over a cone shape with zero radius at one end
can any one help and tell me what to do or lead me to tutorial for this problem ?

i am sorry but i don't know what is customer portal and how to access on it ?

update :
after searching for ansys customer portal
i don't have an account at the site and i can't have one for students so how can i access the tutorial ? is it found some where online ? or can you send it to me ?
