Hi

Ive been trying to refine the mesh of element of a plate and tube heat exchanger consisting of two vertical tubes passing through two parallel rectangular horizontal fins with water in the tubes and air between the fins.#

ive done all appropriate named selections and i am using automatic inflation program controlled

fin thickness is 0.15mm
max face size failure occurs at is 0.85
max size 4.333
i get an error message

Mesher failed to finish inflation.
Patch conforming mesh failed because of pyramid mesh intersecting opposite boundary or bad boundary or inflation mesh.

how can i solve this im presenting in two days please help
