CFX Face spaing meaning

Hello I'm joke.
I'm neebie in Ansys CFX. I just began about 1 month.
There are alot of tool for meshing in CFX.
The one thing that I have question with is Mesh Face Spacing option.
I don't know what it is mean and how it use. I only knew that it can be
used to refined mesh in specific region.
