Dear Colleague,

i want to draw an elliptic spring with circular cross section by using design modeller software, Ansys. package.
How can i do this, is there any body have videos or tutorials with explanation steps.

Draw the required elliptic curve in one sketch. The circle in another. Then use 'revolve' button. An example,

the elliptical spring in this video was drawn by solid works but i want to draw by design modeller software
