Porous Media Simulation with CFX/Fluent

Dear all
I am not expert in CFD but Expert in Numerical Simulation.
I know that Fluent can simulate porous media.
But I think Fluent Porous media is far from what I know in simulation of oil and gas underground reservoir (natural) as porous media.
Within such media we have multiphase flow (Multicomponent). We need to define porosity as bulk property of porous media. Also some term such as capillary pressure should be defined in simulation model.
In this basis my assumption is that commercial CFD codes are not suitable for such suitable.
Is there any experince for this issue?

Actually both of us are having the same problem.
Me myself is an expert user of Eclipse simulator.
Currently I'm working on RnD project to use CFD to model the inclined well inflow distribution in the gas reservoirs. I'm using ANSYS CFX in this project.

From my 1 month experience using CFD, I see that this tool are able to capture a very detailed flow distribution inside the well as compared to conventional reservoir modelling tools. However, the modelling approach requires a customized user defined functions in order to make it work as reservoir simulator.

I'm also still learning. There are plenty of SPE papers on CFD for nearby well simulation. But sadly the detailed modelling approach is not clearly explained.
Hope that anyone can help to give some inside on this matter.
