Default Ansys fluent-2 inlets in 1 domain

Hi,I am Trying to simulate the flow of air through an cylinder in a cylindrical domain. I am try to set 2 velocity inlets , one for the domain with 5 mls and other for the cylinder with 20m/s.as depicted in the attached figure. problem.. fluent dose not define the second inlet
??? pls advice wt I should do to verify there is a 2nd inlet and proceeds??
please advice
