Default How define equivalence ratio when use general gas phase reaction?

hi dears...
I'm using general gas phase reaction and simulating HCCI combustion... I don't know how define equivalence ratio for this case? I'm defining it in initial condition in initial value species... Any idea and helping will be appreciate...
