Default Mixing two chemicals in a t-shaped miser

I have two inlets and one outlet in a t-shaped mesh. I would like to make say water enter inlet 1 and benzene to enter inlet two, and see how quickly they mix. Can someone tell me how I can specify inlet 1's liquid to be water and inlet 2 be benzene. (The thermophysical properties only allows me to specify one liquid.)

Thanks
