Dear All,
I'm simulating a coupled system intake +rotor. The flow physics is quite complex and in order to judge the convergency. I use to look to the residuals values which are of a maximum RMS of e+04. However, the mass flow presents small fluctuations at the rotor (o domain) outlet. Do you think is worth to investigate the system with an unsteady simulation? The order of magnitude of oscillations is about 5.39*e-4. Thank you for your attention Regards |

Can you describe the problem in some detail. Like how many blades you are modelling, sector of intake, interface between intake and rotor, boundary conditions etc.
