Difference between ‘Time’ & ‘Time This Run’

What's the difference between ‘Time’ & ‘Time This Run’?
I set up a dynamic simulation in which a wall has a displacement ‘a[m]*Time This Run/1[s]’ from the original position. But the result is the wall reciprocats all the time. |
