Hi all,

we are running some simulation of nozzle with a lateral injection of gas, to study how thrust change direction.
We are having some problems calcuting it.

1) How should we calculate the thrust?
We measured the reaction force x/y in the physical boundaries of the nozzle. Is that correct?

(More precisely, referring to the link at the end of the post we are measuring the force in the boundary called "Inlet, Inject, Nozzle")

2)
We are running a biphasic simulation with two different gas. When we try to calculate the force in cfd post, it gives us many different error, such as "Volume fraction is incosistent", "unreferenced parameter"

Can you help us?

Here if you want there is a link to the result file
