Hello,

I:m running two configurations, steady state and then transient for a butterfly valve problem. The steady state runs fine and the convergence is good and I use its solution as the initial value of the transient analysis. However, when it gets to the transient configuration, it spits out this error without even going through one iteration.

This run of the ANSYS CFX Solver has finished.

I went through searches on this forum and on google, but I failed to find anything that helped. It seems like the CFX solver is somehow not receiving the mesh or something. If this is true, I fail to understand why it would work for the steady state solution and not for the transient, as I am using the same mesh for both.

Does anyone know anything about this?
