(1). When answering specific questions, now I need to open another window to show the original questions. (2). In the old approach, I can easily use the v-scroll bar to read the specific questions. (3). So, I still like the old approach. So, I can answer the question more accurately.

Good point John. I've changed it so that when responding to messages the form is on the same page as the message and when posting new messages the form is on a separate page. This must be the best solution.
