Timestep for Free Surface simulation

Default Timestep for Free Surface simulation

Hi Friends,

I am working on a free surface flow driven by gravitation only and I would like to capture the procedure of the flow. Does anyone know can advice on how to estimate a reasonable time step for this kind of transient simulation?
