Hi to everybody!!! I need to get the max and min value of a variable over a streamline in the CFX-Post (V 5.5.1). I already tried with the post-calculator and creating charts. The first one did not work because the "locators" available to calculate maxvalue and minvalue were boundaries, surfaces and points only (not lines). The second one was very inaccurate because is a visual estimate of the value. I really need the exact numbers.... Thanks in advanced!

Hi Claudia,
You can export the streamline data to a file and examine it in a spreadsheet or other application. Regards, Robin |

Hello Claudia,
the easiest way to get the min/max values is to set the color range to "local" in the "Streamline" window. Then in that same window the Min/Max-values are displayed. Greetings, Chris |
