Default Tide angle problem when meshing

Hi, I'm having a problem creating a surface mesh for a car body. It is tide angles that cause the problem. How ever it's impossible to avoid it in CAD model if I want it to represent real car closely. For example when modelling rear underbody diffuser - it starts at shallow angle from flat bottom. So there's a tide (2.8deg) internal angle at start of diffuser side wall. It HAS to be there - what to do??? I was making a relatively fine mesh with MC on car body with 20mm lengh scale. Trying to put a Point MC at that tide angle with lengh scale 0f 0.1mm didn't help.... Please HELP!!! Thank you Ted
