I want to simulate a gas-solid cyclone and I am meshing the cyclone geometry with IDEM CFD 5.1 but got problem. First I blocked all cyclone with a single block then split it into four or five blocks, but feed pipe is very hard to handle. Second I used three blocks for finder, cyclone body and feed pipe, this is easy to handle but meshes generated are incorrect.
Can anybody give me some advice for the hexa meshing of cyclone? thanks very much |
