Hi How can we specify inlet as function of time in cfx5.7.

Hi,
What do you want, more precisely, to specify as function of time? The inlet velocity? The variable for time in CFX is [b]t[b].You main specify the inlet velocity Uin, for example, as Uin = 5 [m s^-1] + 2 [m s^-1]*sin(2*pi*t/4 [s]). 4 [s] would be the period of the sin function. Regards, Rui |

|
if a pulsation function is needed, the function of "step" may be used.
