Default ANSYS ICEM CFD smoothing mesh corner chamfered

Newbie in ANSYS ICEM CFD, I've been experiencing some problems while trying to perform meshing for a wind tunnel type application, when generating tetra volume mesh with "smooth mesh" turned on under VOLUME MESHING, the resultant 8 corners of the tunnel are chamfered (corners are Rounded Off).

This is causing me problem trying solve using CFX as it points out error with the symmetry plane not being a flat plane. Is there a solution to this?

Why not using hex mesh? Typical wind tunnel should be quite easy to mesh with hex. It saves you times trying to repair your geometry just to fit the requirement of the tet mesh generator!

Thank you for those who responsed to my thread, I have solved the problem by creating "Points" (Under geometry setup) to the 8 corners of the tunnel. After i created the "points" the meshes at the corners are no longer chamfered.

use "Build Topology" under the geometry repair icon before you generate the mesh.
