CFX 10's solutions differ from CFX 5.7's -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Atit Koonsrisuk Guest Posts: n/a	I solved one project by CFX 5.7, a few years ago. At this moment, I'd like to use the results from that project. To check something, I used the definition files generated by CFX 5.7 and let CFX 10 solve these files. I get the unexpected results. When I used CFX 5.7, the maximum residules of the equations solved is less than 1E-6 (0.000001). However, in CFX 10, the maximum is fluctuated between 8E-4 and 1E-4. Why do I get the different solutions, do anyone have an idea?
