Hi all, when i lunch a simulation with cavitation CFX a the first iteration give me an error:
Details of error:- ---------------- Error detected by routine PEEKI CDANAM = /FLOW/ALGORITHM/ZN1 /SYSTEM/VARIABLES/SPHEATP_FL1 /IVAR CRESLT = NONE | ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. Message: | Stopped in routine MEMERR Can be a problem for material data? I edit my material (oil) but i'm not sure of every values... can you sugget me some library or where i can find? before this i launched the standar tutorial for cavitation and simulation finished positively. after i changed ONLY material and calculation started to crash. Thank you. Luca |

Dear Luca,
It seems you have not defined the Specific Heat Capacity for your material. Opaque. |

thanks a lot, your suggestion is correct. so for test i have used the specific heat of vapor water, but if i want to simulate oil and i not have the needed data. can you help me to find the most important data for cavitation isotermal simulation.
thank you very much |
