How to give initial position to components

Hi

I want to do traisiant analysis of mixing of some liquids and solid particles in a closed vessei with a blade , how do i give the initial position to the components

you may use CEL in EXPRESSIONS of CFX pre to define a function, such as, initial height of solid phase is 1000mm, volume fraction is 0.5 H = 1000[mm] Initialvolsold = step((H-z)/1[m])*0.5

then, at Inittial in cfx pre, define the initial solid fraction to be Initialvolsold best wish!
