Default Multiphase combustion

I am doing multiphase combustion and particel tracking. I am getting temperatures as high as 3600 K near burner.I tried entering Maximum Flame Temperature as 2000K, Maximum Reaction Temperature of Multiphase Reactions as 2000K, Maximum Particle Temperature as 2000K. I ran the solution for 200 iterations further.

But these temperature limiters don't seem to work. Those high temperatures regions are still showing and particle temperatures are still well above 2000K

Could anyone help me with this.
