Default Non-uniform Boundary and its convergence

Hi, I try to simulate indoor thermal condition of a small room which has a radiant heating floor.

I made geometry and mesh which has a lot of mesh patches about 4,000,000.

As you know, radiant slab part embedded extra long but small diameter pipe and it has two different domain, Fluid (water) and Solid (Concrete). The slab region has really small size of meshes.

This radiant slab contacts with a living room which has air domain. The room has a little bit large meshes compared with slab condition. So, my model has three different domains.

There are no errors and warnings in mesh and geometry. Therefore, I executed simulation process but it never converged (RES: 1.0E-04). I can't figure out what is wrong.

Is it largely because of non-uniform boundary condition? As you know, slab surface temperature is not uniform when heat source (water 40 Degree C) circulates in the tube.

Is it caused by mesh problem? But there is no critical error and warning.

Do you guys have any experiences about radiant panel? Do you have any idea to get convergence in this case?

Thank you for your attention. Have a nice day

Hi,

Please attach the output file, at least the CCL and last bit before stopping.
