Default transient domain condition

Hello,

I need small help regarding Ansys cfx.Could you please answer it?I was working with a transient flow in a rigid tube problem where i need to assign the fluid domain a particular velocity profile.How can i do that in Ansys cfx?Please guide me in doing that.
