please guide me to run tutorial as need fortran compiler that i dont have what to do?

Hi,
Read the documentation as to what fortran compilers are compatible. Then do the tutorial examples with fortran in them. Why do you need fortran? 95% of people who ask questions on this forum about fortran can actually do what they intend in CEL and therefore do not need fortran at all.
