CFX Liquid Evaporation Model

Hi all,
I am trying to model the spray drying of milk powder and have a question with regard to the Liquid Evaporation Model in CFX. As far as I can make out from the documentation, the evaporation rate from the droplet is based on the average moisture content - i.e. the droplet surface moisture level is assumed to be equal to the average moisture level. For some food products, and definitely for milk when the moisture level falls below the 30-50% level, the presence of the solids causes a moisture gradient from the droplet centre to the surface, which reduces the actual evaporation rate below that corresponding to the average moisture level. This effect has been documented in published literature and has been included in CFD models through the implementation of user defined evaporation models. My question is: does CFX have a straightforward way of modifying the evaporation model to take account of this reduced drying rate? If not, is there a work-around I can use get the same effect?
