Default Remeshing with ICEM CFD

I am trying to solve a square in a channel by remeshing with ICEM CFD. after 3rd remesh i recieve an error "reported by IO module: iif_open: the file is not in CFX-5.x format."
please help me for this solution with remeshing

How are you remeshing in ICEM? General User Remesh or Pure Translation?

my problem is ICEM to CFX with replay file. I can use remeshing condition in ANSYS 12.1 , however i can't this simulation with ANSYS 13.0.
I recieved an error for *.uns.bak file is not exist in ANSYS 13.0
I,m trying to remesh a deformable body with FSI- two way in ANSYS.

Remeshing in FSI with Ansys is not a supported feature.
