Wall at outlet

I am getting wall at outlet.Even though I have extended outlet also simulation is with using porous media.
Stream wise coeff multiplier is 10. Geometry is simple long pipe with elbow at inlet and rectangular cross section at outlet. Porous media is inserted in rectangular cross section. Pl guide. |

The warning message simply says you are getting back flow at the outlet so it has generated artificial walls to stop it. If this is not affecting the accuracy of your simulation then ignore it. If it is then you have to move your exit boundary further away.
