Inlet pressure profile for my project

Dear all
Please find the attached pressure profile which I would like to give as an inlet boundary condition.

I need your help how to generate this kind of pulse wave form.

Is there any equation or function to generate this kind pulse wave form?

but I saw one reply from ghorrocks that ,"a user function with a 1D interpolation will do it easily"

I could not understand what is the userfunction. ghorrocks can you explain please?
