MissCFD is on a distinguished road
Hi,

I have read in theory guide of CFX that:

RANS equations uses a time average and
URANS equation uses an ensemble average.

If it's correct, I wonder how is it possible to use an ensemble average in CFD ?
Could this for instance be done by outer-loop iterations which are performed in each timestep ?

Thanks for your help !
