Hi orrebor,
At the risk of incurring the wrath of the moderators I'm going to answer your question. FloTHERM is available through Mentor's higher education program as part of the mechanical analysis bundle. The link you need is http://www.mentor.com/company/higher_ed/, however, it will need to be a member of faculty that applies to get the software. Hope that helps.
