I need to model an object floating in a fluid flow situation, but I need to wait for the simulation to reach steady state before inserting the object. The only idea I had for doing this was to make a restart simulation after the original simulation had come to steady state and adding the object into the restart simulation. The only problem is that I can't figure out how to insert the object into the restart simulation alone. Anyone have any tips or suggestions for me?
