Hello everyone
I Am going to simulate "spray dryer system" in ANSYS FLUENT.
This is 2D axis symmetric model.(Please reffer image)
A feed of suspended partical mixture of water and carbon particals is spryed through a nozzle.
A hot air is used to dry sprayed mixture in cylindreical vessel.

Please help me to model this problem in Fluent
I am new to multiphase & DPM type problem.
What is a good begining to start this problem, is it 2 phase or 3 phase
problem, which multiphase model should I use, How to model spray in fluent,
How to model heat & mass transfer in order to vaporize water....etc

Please give proper guideline to model this problem.(mesh is created in ICEM CFD)
