export ascii file with fluent -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Clementine Guest Posts: n/a	I am running simulation on fluent 6.3.26 and I would like to export ascii file. I know that to export ascii file, we have to use the command :file :export and then select ascii format The problem is that the ascii format is inactivated, and I don't understand why. Does someone have an idea why, and how to activate this option. thanks
