What are the proper under-relaxation factors for solving RNG-ke convergence problem?

Hi,
RNG-k epsilon is a bit unstable: I suggest M=0.1 and E=0.9 (default values for the others). After some iterations maybe you can increase to M=0.2 and E=0.92-0.93, it depends even on your system...
