interpolate 3D data into a source term

hey guys!
I've data in a txt file in the following format: x1 y1 z1 q1 x2 y2 z2 q2 ... Where qi is a heat source determined in HFSS (units = W/m3 and (x,y,z) are the coordinates of the mesh, which are not the same as the mesh coordinates in FLUENT. So I suppose I have to 1) interpolate data into a function f 3) create a UDF using DEFINE_SOURCE and link that function to the grid in FLUENT I really don't know how to implement the first step. Thank you! |
